The Project “Coach the Coach” Professional Development Initiative was designed to develop the capability and confidence of each of the team leaders in their coaching roles.  This program was part of a process of developing stronger alignment across the Team Leader Group, specifically around the mission, values and stretch goals of UoM Commercial Ltd.
We developed and project managed a pilot mentoring program for senior leaders which included mentoring training and personality assessment and individual feedback.

As a management consultant with Victorian Public Service Board, Glenda designed, wrote and piloted the ‘Staff Selection” Training Manual for HR Managers. This manual was focussed on Targeted Selection and Behavioural Interviewing.   She was also invited to be a member of the interview panel to select Administrative Trainees for the Administrative Trainee Scheme.

Gippsland Water
Consulted with O.D managers to refine internal selection process, trained all relevant personnel, current contract certifying lead panel members as accredited in Behavioural Interviewing.

Consulted with L & D team to refine their Mentoring Tool Kit

Consulted with HR team to refine processes for Performance Development & Review.  Trained all managers and staff in implementing the process with 100% of participants agreeing that the training was worthwhile and effective in demystifying and simplifying  the process for them.

Developed and facilitated Performance Management training for new starters. throughout the state of Victoria.

Contract with Australia Post, consulting to project “Steer your own Career”.  Develop customised participant manual and facilitator’s guide for handover of Train the Trainer Package.
